Rotary dryer is mainly used for drying clay, limestone, coal, sand, quartz, blast furnace slag, etc. Rotary dryer is widely used in cement factory, and also one indispensable equipment in coal production. In the coal production, ballpress is strict on the moisture content of material ,so it need to be equipped with rotary dryer in the forepart procedure. As the long time running of rotary dryer, the tyre and roller wear make simplified cylinder body axial displacement, so that the sealing device is out of effect and the chamber damages. Therefore, according to many years of design and debug service experience, We ZONEDING machine’s engineers have design a set of methods to solve the displacement of the rotary dryer ,which don’t affect the normal working of the dryer.
1. Adjust the angle
When rotary dryer tube has a replacement, the cylinder body tyre moves on the side walk of the roller,this kind of phenomenon is usually due to the wear of tyre and roller making the dynamically cylinder for 5 balance degree ruined.So,according to the rotation direction, we can properly adjust any group of roller angle,then it will recover normal operation. If the tube rotation direction has a replacement,firstly, we shoule loosen the fixed roller ,then we will change the roller angle, adjust the roller, make around with the original horizontal line 2 angle. Cylinder body slowly move up, when it moves to the normal position, fix the roller bolts tightly. That way, when the cylinder body turns, two parallel axis roller as tapered roller bearings, produce a up axial force.
2. Improve the cylinder body of rotary dryer
This method is used when the cylinder body position moves little. When the it moves down, we can adjust the after group rollers of cylinder roller to improve the cylinder by less than 8 degree,in the limit of reset. When the cylinder body moving upward, we can adjust the rollers in parallel. Its principle is when the cylinder body moves down,improve the back roller to increase the roller and tyre contact surfaces.Then the ahead roller and tyre contact surfaces reduce,so that roller friction coefficient increases,the cylinder body backward pull to reset. After the above adjustment methods, the rotary dryer can be in normal operation, and has no translation phenomenon.
